Botanical Name: Citrus paradisi
Pink Grapefruit’s delicious, light, fresh aroma uplifts the spirit and brightens even the gloomiest of moods.
Because of its high limonene content (anti-stress and anti-anxiety agent) Pink Grapefruit creates a feeling of optimism and helps us attune to our flow state. Anything is possible today!
Its crisp, clear scent energises us, increasing our motivation and helping us to think clearly.
Pink Grapefruit encourages us to shift feelings of irritability, frustration and self-doubt, boosting our self-confidence with its sparkly nature.
Pink Grapefruit can also aid sensations of abdominal bloating, indigestion and heaviness, like after a big meal.

Like most other citrus oils, grapefruit oil can be less stable than other oils and can deteriorate with exposure to sunlight, moisture and air. Discard if oxidisation has occurred (slightly acrid smell).
Tisserand & Young, leaders in Aromatherapy, report that the IFRA (International Fragrance Association) recommends if applying Grapefruit oil to the skin that will be exposed to the sun, grapefruit oil be limited to a maximum of 4%.
